Our restaurant features some of the finest dishes in the Indian, South Indian and Continental cuisines. We believe in using local, seasonal, fresh and organic produce as much as possible from our own plantation. Our food is all fresh, natural and organically produced with more emphasis on fresh fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy products, with no added preservatives, colors or flavors. The restaurant menu is purely based on recipes as per the Ayurvedic principle — which is based on the three body types or doshas — Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

If vata constitutes air and space, pitta is defined by fire and water, and kapha is water and earth. Individuals with vata body type is more inclined to light and dry foods. In order to balance this, it is important to incorporate oily, moist and heavy foods to their diet, along with sweet, sour and salt. In order to dowse the fire, individuals with pitta body type require cool and heavy foods with sweet, bitter and pungent flavor. While the kapha body type can be kept in balance by adding light food with bitter, pungent and astringent flavors. Hence, every dish served at Sugati is in-house doctor prescribed to suit one’s body type and lifestyle.
